Reporting to the Team Leader, the Agent Support is responsible for creating and entering our customer`s file and for contacting our prospects to book appointments for our team of financial security advisors.
Schedule:
35 hours – 5 days
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Weekends: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Job Description
Specific Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers following an insurance claim to schedule a telephone meeting with a Financial Security Advisor;
- Create customer’s file using the Kronos IT platform;
- Send pre-established quotes to prospects;
- Perform any other similar or general duties as required by the supervisor or as required by their duties.
Requirements and training required
- Customer service experience;
- Bilingualism;
- Knowledge of life and health insurance is an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Word and Excel;
- Respect for confidentiality of information;
- Autonomy and initiative.
