Employment status
Our financial security advisors are accredited and licensed for advice and sales of life and health insurance products. They are all registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec. Our advisors are employees of Matcha Insurance and are authorized to sell the products of the following insurance companies:
- Humania Assurance
- Industrial Alliance
- Canada Life
- BMO Insurance
- iA Excellence
- Empire Life
- Assumption Life
- Edge Benefit
- Canada Protection Plan
- Beneva
If the products offered by these insurance companies do not meet your needs, they will refer you to another financial security advisor authorized to sell other products.
Compensation
Our advisors receive a salary from Matcha Insurance. In addition, if you choose to purchase a product through them, they may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a commission.
Conflict of interest
At Matcha Insurance, our financial security advisors take conflict of interest issues seriously. When analyzing your needs and making their recommendations, they will suggest the best solution to your need and alert you to the existence of any possible conflict of interest they are aware of.
